Colossians 2:9 "For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him who is the head of all principality and power."

What a powerful statement from the Apostle Paul in that passage!  To think that we are complete in Christ!  We are lacking nothing spiritually and physically. 

I pray that you begin to see by the power of the Holy Spirit how complete you are in your Savior.  We can add nothing to the finished work of the Cross; the work is finished, perfect and complete.  What could we possibly add?  To feel that we owe Jesus something in return is to make the gift of righteousness and redemption a debt.  Jesus paid the debt so that we could freely have all the beautiful blessings of God in Him!

Rest in the finished work of the Cross!  Rest in your perfection in Christ.  First John 4:17 says, "Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world."  When your heavenly Father sees you, He sees His perfect Son!
